About Machines
1. Continuous Casting and Rolling Production Line: it adopts Eight inclined ultra-casting and rolling mills with online gas-removing system and fluid level auto-control system of world advanced level. They can roll a thickness of 6-10mm and the maximum width of 1500mm. its production capacity is designed as 96,000 tons per year. This can provide the basic materials for follow-up production of aluminum foil for air-conditioner, high-grade PS substrate and aluminum foil stock.
2. Cold Roll Production Line: it has prepared two cold roll production lines, with a specification of 1650mm, rolling speed of 1200m/min, domestic advanced level. The two production lines are all equipped with advanced AFC, AGC automatic plate-shape and plate-thickness control system and edge hot-oil spraying system. The designed total production capacity is 250,000t/year.
3. Aluminum Foil Production Line: it has four aluminum foil rolling machines, one for 1650 rolling machine,800 rolling machine, and one for 600 rolling machine, and their key parts are all imported, rolling speed of 2000m/min and 1200m/min, respectively. The minimum thickness of finished product may reach 0.03mm. The two machines are all equipped with advanced AFC, AGC automatic plate-shape and plate-thickness control system and the coarse/middle rolling machine is also equipped with the edge hot-oil spraying system. They can be used to roll and manufacture 1XXX, 3XXX and 8XXX aluminum and their alloy. It has owned the most advanced doubler and slitter in the world. It plans to newly build two foil rolling machines for hydrophilic foil for air-condition.
4. Coating Production Line: it has owned three coating machine units, of which, one is coating production lien with a specification of 1850mm, and the rest two are with a specification of 1350mm. It plans to newly build five coating machine units, with a design production capacity of 60,000t/year for the air-conditioner aluminum foils
There is a strict control system to each working procedure and link. The raw material inspection system, technology standardization management system, employee and equipment management system, site management system and measuring management system as well as comprehensive quality management system have guaranteed a good production operation of operators, machines, materials, law, environment and inspection and ensured the product quality.
The quality inspection system consists of two parts, namely, physical performance lab and chemical analysis lab, including 15 function labs such as, low-magnification analysis lab, cupping lab, dynamic performance lab, infrared spectrum analysis lab, oil analysis lab, component analysis lab, and so on. It has about 30 analysis and inspection instruments and devices advanced at home and abroad, which can be applied to the component analysis, organization analysis, dynamic performance, technology performance tests of aluminum and aluminum alloy materials, and analysis and detection of oil products
